At YISHENG, we believe that a successful floor scrubber should not only deliver reliable cleaning performance, but also provide customers with flexible configurations for different markets, budgets, and operating environments.

Our XS60 walk-behind floor scrubber has become one of our popular models in the international market. Today, XS60 series machines have been exported to a wide range of countries and regions, including Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, France, the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Vietnam, and other markets.

Through continuous cooperation with overseas distributors, cleaning equipment companies, facility service providers, and OEM partners, we have also gained a deeper understanding of one important fact: different customers may use the same floor scrubber platform, but their actual requirements can be very different.

For this reason, we currently offer the XS60 in three main versions, allowing our customers to select the most suitable configuration according to their target market.

For customers who pay close attention to purchasing cost, the 15-meter cable version provides a simple and economical solution.

Because there is no battery system to purchase or maintain, the initial equipment cost can be significantly reduced. When a stable power supply is available, the machine can also operate continuously without waiting for battery charging.

This version is particularly suitable for:

Factories and workshops

Warehouses

Supermarkets

Indoor commercial areas

Fixed cleaning environments with convenient power access

For distributors, it also offers an important advantage: a more competitive entry-level price.

This allows our OEM partners to introduce a professional floor scrubber into price-sensitive markets while maintaining practical cleaning performance.

For projects where budget is one of the main considerations, we believe the XS60 cable version provides an excellent balance between price, performance, and reliability.

Our standard XS60 is equipped with a lead-acid battery system, offering customers a more flexible cordless cleaning experience.

Compared with the cable version, operators are no longer restricted by the power cable during cleaning. The machine can move freely between different cleaning areas, making it suitable for larger commercial and industrial environments.

The standard battery version combines the core functions required for daily floor cleaning into one mature platform.

It is suitable for applications such as:

Warehouses

Shopping malls

Factories

Hospitals

Schools

Hotels

Commercial buildings

Industrial facilities

For many of our overseas distributors, this is also one of the easiest versions to introduce to the market because it provides a good balance among purchase cost, machine functionality, operating flexibility, and maintenance convenience.

For OEM customers who want to build a stable mid-range product line, the standard XS60 can serve as a highly practical core model.

For customers requiring better operating comfort, especially in larger facilities or environments with slopes, we offer a higher-specification XS60 version equipped with a drive motor.

The self-propelled system reduces the physical effort required from the operator.

Instead of relying mainly on manual pushing, the machine can assist forward movement through the drive system, making long cleaning operations easier.

This advantage becomes especially important when operating on ramps or slightly inclined surfaces.

The drive system provides better control during movement and helps operators handle the machine more comfortably and safely.

For applications with:

Long working hours

Large cleaning areas

Ramps

Warehouses with loading areas

Underground parking areas

Industrial facilities with different floor levels

the self-propelled XS60 can provide a more comfortable operating experience.

For distributors and OEM customers, this version also helps create a clearer product hierarchy.

Instead of competing only through price, our partners can offer customers a higher-end configuration focused on operator comfort, productivity, and safety.

One of the biggest advantages of the XS60 series is that our OEM partners do not need to depend on only one configuration.

Based on the same mature product platform, we can develop different versions for different customer groups.

A distributor may position:

XS60 Cable as the economical version,

XS60 Battery as the mainstream standard version,

and XS60 Self-Propelled as the premium version.

This allows our partners to cover multiple price ranges with one product family.

For OEM customers, this also means lower market development costs.

Instead of introducing completely different machines for different customer groups, they can build a more complete product portfolio around the XS60 platform while maintaining consistent product appearance, spare parts management, after-sales service, and operator training.

We are also continuing to develop new XS60 configurations.

Our goal is not simply to add more functions. We want to improve the machine while maintaining the strong cost-performance advantage that has made XS60 popular in many markets.

Several new concepts are currently being developed around the XS60 platform.

One direction is an upgraded integrated control panel with a large touchscreen display.

Compared with traditional independent switches and indicators, an integrated control interface can provide operators with clearer machine status information and a more modern operating experience.

It also gives our OEM partners more possibilities for product differentiation and brand customization.

Another direction is expanding the XS60 from a traditional walk-behind machine into more flexible operating formats.

For example, we are developing concepts such as a standing operator platform, allowing the operator to ride behind the machine during longer cleaning tasks.

We are also exploring a seat-equipped platform, which can further reduce operator fatigue during extended operation.

These solutions can provide customers with operating comfort closer to a ride-on scrubber while still maintaining the compact dimensions and attractive cost structure of the XS60 platform.

In other words, our development target is very clear:

Maintain the cost-effectiveness of a walk-behind scrubber while continuously improving operator comfort and productivity.

For us, OEM cooperation is not simply about putting a different logo on a machine.

We want our products to become flexible platforms that our partners can adapt to their own markets.

Depending on order requirements and project conditions, we can discuss customization in areas such as:

Brand logo

Machine color

Product labels

Warning labels

Control panel design

Battery configuration

Packaging

User manuals

Accessoires

Product configuration

Functional upgrades

For customers building their own cleaning equipment brands, this flexibility can significantly reduce the time and investment required to develop a new product.

Our partners can start with an existing, mature machine platform and gradually create different versions according to their local market.

For example, one market may prefer a lower-cost cable machine, while another may require battery operation. Industrial users may prefer self-propelled models, while premium commercial customers may be more interested in touchscreen controls or operator platforms.

Instead of forcing every market to accept exactly the same machine, we prefer to provide our OEM partners with more choices from one platform.

The continued development of XS60 also reflects our broader product strategy at YISHENG.

We believe cleaning equipment should become increasingly modular.

A successful machine platform should be able to evolve according to different applications rather than being limited to one fixed specification.

XS60 started as a practical walk-behind floor scrubber, but through continuous feedback from overseas customers, we are gradually developing it into a complete product family covering:

economical cable operation, standard battery operation, self-propelled operation, intelligent touchscreen control, standing operation, and seated operation.

This gives our distributors and OEM partners more opportunities to build their own differentiated product portfolios.

As YISHENG continues expanding into Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other international markets, we will keep listening to our customers and improving the XS60 platform.

Our objective remains simple:

to provide our partners with reliable machines, competitive costs, flexible OEM possibilities, and enough product differentiation to help them grow their own markets.

For YISHENG, selling a machine is only the beginning.

Helping our OEM partners build products that are easier to sell, easier to maintain, and better suited to their local customers is the long-term value we want to create.

At YISHENG, we believe that a successful floor scrubber should not only deliver reliable cleaning performance, but also provide customers with flexible configurations for different markets, budgets, and operating environments.
