At YISHENG, we believe that a truly competitive product should never be limited to what the factory considers “good enough.” A good product should continue to evolve with customers, applications, and market demand.

Recently, a well‑known brand distributor placing an order for the YISHENG S1350 Ride‑on Sweeper has put forward a full set of customized upgrade requirements, covering machine structure, operator‑safety‑related features, steering wheel, front console design, and control system.

Our answer was simple every time:

“Yes, no problem.”

This S1350 project is more than just a customized machine. It is a real example of YISHENG’s product philosophy:

Openness. Innovation. Embracing Change.

The Standard Version Is Fully Open — “Can You Add a Sunshade?”

The standard YISHENG S1350 features a fully open operator design, offering excellent visibility, easy access, and convenient operation.

This configuration is well suited for factories, warehouses, logistics centers, parking areas, industrial facilities, and other large commercial cleaning environments.

However, the customer told us:

“The machine may also be used outdoors or in semi-outdoor environments. I want a sunshade canopy.”

Our answer:

No problem.

Based on the customer’s request, we added a roof canopy supported by a reinforced metal frame, while maintaining good visibility and sufficient operating space for the driver.

A standard product is only the starting point.

The customer’s real working environment is what truly matters.

“I Want Additional Safety Protection Around the Seat”

The customer then raised another request:

“The operator area feels too open. I want protective side rails to reduce the risk of the driver falling from the machine.”

Again:

No problem.

YISHENG added protective safety rails around the operator area according to the customer’s requirements.

They may look like simple metal components, but in real operating conditions, they provide a clearer boundary around the driver’s position and offer additional lateral protection when the machine is turning, travelling over uneven surfaces, or operating for long periods.

For industrial cleaning equipment, productivity is important.

Operator safety is equally important.

Customer feedback shows us where products can become better.

“The Standard Steering Wheel Looks Too Ordinary”

After improving functionality and safety, the customer started focusing on design details.

The customer said:

“The standard steering wheel looks too traditional. I want something more stylish and more premium.”

No problem.

According to the customer’s request, we upgraded the standard steering wheel to a more distinctive carbon-fiber-style steering wheel.

The steering wheel is not only a functional component. It is also one of the parts that operators interact with most frequently.

A different shape, texture, and visual finish may seem like a small detail, but it can significantly improve the overall appearance and driving experience of the machine.

Industrial cleaning equipment can also have its own design personality.

“The Front Console Does Not Look Good Enough — I Want an Exclusive Design”

The customer continued:

“I do not like the current front console design. I want something more distinctive and exclusive to my brand.”

Our answer remained the same:

Yes, we can do it.

For this type of OEM and ODM project, YISHENG can further redesign the front operator console, dashboard housing, and related exterior structures.

For example, the customer can choose a more aggressive diamond-cut, sharp-angle design language, featuring cleaner lines, stronger geometric shapes, and more recognizable styling.

For distributors and importers who want to build their own brands, real OEM customization should go far beyond simply applying a logo.

Color can be customized.

Logo can be customized.

Labels can be customized.

Packaging can be customized.

Battery options can be customized.

Exterior structures can also be customized.

The goal is not simply to produce another machine.

The goal is to help the customer create a product that truly belongs to their own brand.

“Rocker Switches Look Outdated — Can You Use Buttons or Touch Controls?”

The customer then looked at the traditional rocker switches and said:

“These switches do not look modern enough. I want push buttons, or even a touchscreen control system.”

No problem.

Depending on the customer’s budget, technical requirements, and product positioning, YISHENG can evaluate different control solutions, including:

Push-button controls

Membrane control panels

Integrated electronic control panels

Touch-control interfaces

Customized display screens

Customized UI and operating logic

As long as the proposed solution is technically feasible, safe, and reliable, we are willing to work with the customer to make it happen.

If the budget supports the customization, we will do our best to turn the idea into reality.

Because many valuable new products are not created by sitting in an office and guessing what the market wants.

They are created through communication with customers, repeated improvements, real-world testing, and solving real problems.

Customers Represent the Market

Today, a customer may request a sunshade canopy.

Tomorrow, another customer may ask for safety rails.

The next customer may want a new steering wheel, a redesigned front console, or a completely upgraded control panel.

If a manufacturer always replies:

“This is our standard product. It cannot be changed.”

Then sooner or later, that manufacturer will become disconnected from the market.

YISHENG chooses a different path.

We choose to stay open.

Because we strongly believe:

Customers represent the market.

New customer requests often reveal new market trends.

Customer complaints often show us exactly where the next generation of products can be improved.

That is why:

Openness, innovation, and embracing change are not just slogans at YISHENG. They are part of our DNA.

We welcome customers asking:

“Can this part be changed?”

“Can you add this feature?”

“Can you redesign the appearance?”

“Can I create my own branded version?”

Our answer is:

Tell us your idea. Let us find a solution together.

From a standard S1350 to a fully customized S1350 built around a customer’s market positioning, every modification represents another step forward in product evolution.

The market will continue to change.

Only by staying close to customers, understanding the market, embracing change, and having the courage to innovate can a company move further and more steadily into the future.

YISHENG is ready to grow together with customers around the world — turning customer ideas into products and market demand into competitive advantages.

Innovate together. Grow together. Achieve more together.
