At the YISHENG manufacturing base located in the Dingyuan Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Anhui, our core sheet metal workshop presents a complete intelligent manufacturing process from a piece of ordinary cold-rolled steel sheet to a high-precision equipment body through a production system consisting of nine rigorous processes.
YISHENG sheet metal processing starts with high-quality raw material cold-rolled steel. This material selection ensures the structural strength and surface treatment effect of subsequent processing. In the cutting stage, the workshop uses advanced CNC laser cutting and numerical control punching technology. Programming software converts design drawings into machine tool-readable programs, achieving high-precision cutting and contour forming of the sheet metal, ensuring that the dimensions of each blank are accurate.
The cut sheet metal then enters the forming stage. Through the metal bending process, CNC bending machines fold the flat plate into the required three-dimensional shape according to the set angle and depth. The subsequent screw-hole drilling and welding processes, using precision drilling and techniques such as argon arc welding and spot welding, firmly assemble multiple parts, laying a solid foundation for subsequent assembly. After welding, workers meticulously grind the weld seams to remove burrs and slag, ensuring a smooth and even surface, improving aesthetics and guaranteeing adhesion for subsequent coating.
As floor cleaning equipment, the corrosion resistance of the machine body is crucial. YISHENG employs a dual protection system combining electrophoretic spraying and powder coating. Electrophoretic spraying utilizes electrochemical principles to evenly cover the inner and outer surfaces of the workpiece, especially internal cavities and edges, providing excellent initial rust prevention. The subsequent powder coating (electrostatic powder coating) uses electrostatic adsorption of powder coating and high-temperature curing to form a dense and high-hardness thick coating on the workpiece surface. This "electrophoresis + powder coating" composite process significantly improves the product's service life and appearance under humid or complex working conditions.
